A professional feng shui products online should be able to tell you what you can expect from this location, such as good financial or business opportunities. Or, maybe you’ll find out that buying this house means your health will suffer, you’ll discover an afflicted portion of the house, such as a toilet in the SW sector that can hurt your marriage. Give serious consideration to hiring a professional.

People are much more in tune with Feng Shui and Energy then they were even just a few years ago. Being the Real Estate Agent with a knowledge in this field gives you an edge over other Realtors in the fact that homeowners are much more interested and are often impressed with another way to look at things.

Some of the things you can do to put your thoughts into words are create a business plan, create a corporate plan and a marketing plan, put together your website, have letters written to potential businesses, write down the process and systems you will be using to deliver your service or product, writing your position descriptions and get the essence of your business converted into design through business cards and your logo.

Depersonalize: A possible new occupant cannot imagine themselves in a new space when the homeowners energy and personal object are all around. Taking away collections, removing personal pictures and leaving some spaces open allows people to envision themselves in that space.

This Feng Shui information is general for everybody. However, there are deeper levels of Feng Shui which take into account you and your specific business or home environment.

Images of fish or real fish bring prosperity. FALSE. The fish is only a symbol of prosperity. It is the water in which they swim that actually helps to attract wealth. This is such a common myth that some fish have been known to sell for thousands of dollars because they are associated with wealth. So, it’s not the fish themselves that bring wealth, but the fact that they move the water. Moving water – placed in the right location – can in fact attract money luck. But the attraction occurs whether you use fish or a pump to circulate the water! By the same token, pictures of fish also do not bring about money luck.

Balance is what Feng Shui strives to attain and, whether it’s your business or your home, having the right energy flowing through it is crucial. Oftentimes, after we Feng Shui a client’s home for selling, they are so pleased with the results, that they decide to take it off the market and stay!
