The Arizona State Fair Opens Today

Planning a fun trip to New York City is really very easy to do. There are so many different things to do and see, that no matter what kind of vacation you are looking for, it will be easy to find.

Criminal Minds (CBS, 9pm) – NEW! The team travels to Detroit to catch a killer who, for the past three years, strikes on “Devil’s Night,” the city’s pre-Halloween ritual.

The dinosaurs were put out as an innovative way to advertise for the Oregon Zoo’s Prehistoric Predators exhibit. The animatronic dinosaur suppliers, located inside the zoo next to the sun bears, is a quarter-mile trail waking with animatronic, life-sized dinosaurs. Not only is it fun, but its educational, too, as kids can read about the dinosaurs at the zoo’s “discovery stations.” It is also a fun place to cool of on a hot day at the zoo as a few of the dinosaurs spit water at you.

Chase (NBC, 10pm) – NEW! While pursuing a fugitive who is using explosives as part of his revenge plan, Annie is injured and must turn to bounty hunter Ben Crowley for help. With Annie on the shelf Jimmy must step up and lead the team, which puts Daisy’s tactical experience to work in an effort to bring down the criminal, while Luke is forced to take a more pivotal part in the investigation.

The zoo will have the spring Easter Egg Hunt kickoff, Eggstravaganza to begin the season, then introduce several new animals and buildings through the season. There will be a new sea lion and seal pool, new animals and a new look at the Australia Adventure exhibit, and new interactive exhibits, courtesy of John Deere.

Zoo volunteers traveled the city depositing small dinosaur toys around the city on sidewalks. Representatives say to take them home but to please take a picture of it and post it on the zoo’s Facebook wall.

So come on down to the Science Center and check out these displays and all of the other neat stuff that they have to offer. You’ll feel all the enthusiasm of when you were in science class in school.
