How many times have you sat at home and said, “I am bored?” Well there are many things you can do to add excitement to your life. Initially you will lose a lot of weight, but that is mostly just water that was stored inside your body. Don’t set this high rate of losing weight as your long-term goal. Instead, try to lose about two pounds a month and if you make the smart decision to include a fitness program, then a pound a week weight loss is certainly attainable. This is something that you can accomplish more easily and that will keep you more motivated over the long run.

By now, you know that daily exercise is a good energy booster and great for your health. When you are in top shape, it gives you a healthy lifestyle and it can make you live longer as well. Once your body adapts to a daily exercise routine, there is no stopping you from doing it for the rest of your life. One habit that will be very hard to break.

If you are into strength training, you can buy a cheap set of weights. You can chance upon weight that are being sold for very cheap prices as owners are upgrading their equipment or just want to get rid of them. If you are lucky, you may even find this equipment free! Instead of paying for some workouts at the gym, convince some of your friends to gather at your place and exercise. Like you, they may also be thinking of losing weight without needing to go to the gym.

Somehow, the Blazers came out and set up in a 1-4-1 formation that never tipped off the refs. Fine. So the ball gets to Greg Oden down low. In the second shot, you see Kevin Garnett turn to complain to the ref about six men being on the court. Notice that at the same time, Oden is jumping to make the pass to the open guy. This is where I have the problem, because you can see in the last frame Garnett has quit the play and gone into full “yell at the ref” mode.

Don’t we all know the saying, pigs get fatter, and hogs get slaughtered? Do I have to revert back to my farm days and produce pictures of pigs and hogs for people to be able to differentiate and understand?
